The facts

The complainant alleged that his neighbour had invaded his family's privacy by installing CCTV cameras all around the ground floor, leaving him feeling watched and listened to, and asked for their removal. The police site visit found the respondent's premises had formerly had two garage cameras pointing towards the pathway and that the respondent had already removed them.
