Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent had installed a CCTV camera near the boundary wall between their properties, enabling surveillance of the complainant's home. The Data Protection Office investigated, directed the respondent to reposition cameras capturing images of third-party properties, and reviewed footage including from a two-way audio camera.
