The facts

The complainant alleged his neighbour installed a rotating CCTV camera facing his entrance, monitoring his movements, and suspected it recorded. The Police reported the respondent had re-oriented the camera so it no longer captured images inside the complainant's premises, and the complainant did not wish to pursue the complaint.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner found the enquiry disclosed no offence under the DPA and closed it to the satisfaction of all parties.
