Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed a rotating CCTV camera facing the complainant's entrance and monitoring all movements, with concerns about a recording setting. Following a Police site visit, the respondent had already re-oriented the camera and it was confirmed to no longer be capturing images inside the complainant's premises, with the complainant reported as satisfied and not wishing to proceed further. The enquiry was closed as no offence was disclosed.
