Summary

The complainant alleged that the neighbour had placed two CCTV cameras facing the complainant's private property, that the cameras were 360-degree rotating audio recording devices, and that no consultation had taken place. A Police site visit found two cameras; after being informed of the complaint, the respondent re-oriented the cameras so they were no longer facing the complainant's premises.
