Summary

The complainant, writing in Mauritian Creole, alleged that a neighbour had placed a camera facing the complainant’s yard and that another camera was directed towards a public road, surveilling passers-by. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the complainant had not made any complaint to the police office. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
