The facts

The complainant alleged that his neighbour's CCTV cameras were facing his private property, with photos sent through email. The police site visit requested by the Data Protection Office found that no camera was capturing images inside the complainant's premises and that the respondent's CCTV camera and DVR were not working.

Orders and outcome
