Summary

The complainant alleged that the neighbour's CCTV cameras were facing towards the complainant's private property, and photos were submitted by email. A Police investigation found no camera was capturing images inside the complainant's premises, and the respondent's CCTV camera and DVR were found not to be working. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the DPA.
