The facts

The complainant, the Syndic of a co-owned building, alleged that another owner had installed a camera on the building without his permission or the consent of the other owners and refused repeated requests to remove it. A Police site visit confirmed the camera was not operational, was not capturing footage of the complainant's premises, and had been removed.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the Data Protection Act 2017.
