Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent had previously been warned by the Data Protection Office for installing cameras pointing at the complainant’s premises and had removed them, but subsequently reinstalled multiple cameras again facing the complainant’s property. The Police conducted a site visit and obtained the respondent’s statement with evidence, finding that the respondent’s camera was not capturing images of the complainant’s premises, consistent with a prior police report. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
