Summary

The complainant alleged that his neighbour had installed surveillance cameras directly into his premises, thereby intruding on his privacy. The Police conducted a site visit and found no evidence to substantiate the complainant's allegations or to suggest any prejudice was caused. The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the DPA 2017.
