The facts

The complainant alleged that his neighbour had installed a CCTV camera in close proximity to his private residence, positioned in a way he believed violated the Data Protection Act. The police site visit found the cameras at the respondent's premises were not capturing images at the complainant's premises and captured footage on the respondent's premises only.
