Summary

The complainant stated that the neighbour had placed cameras pointing directly onto the complainant's property and believed the neighbour had information about who entered the house. A Police report found that all three cameras were capturing footage only within the respondent's premises and not capturing images of the complainant's premises. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the Data Protection Act 2017.
