The facts

The complainant alleged her neighbour had placed cameras pointing directly onto her property and could see who entered her house. A police site visit found all three cameras at the respondent's premises captured footage within the respondent's premises only, none capturing the complainant's premises.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the closure provision of the Data Protection Act.
