Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed a CCTV camera directed towards the complainant's yard, raising privacy concerns for the complainant and family members who felt they were being recorded around the clock. Following a police site visit, the complainant confirmed that the respondent had already re-oriented the camera and it was no longer projecting towards the complainant's premises.
