Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent neighbour's camera was pointing into the complainant's courtyard and recording voices and conversations, and was also facing the public road. A police site visit confirmed that one camera was capturing images in the complainant's yard and the camera was immediately repositioned. The complainant was satisfied with the outcome and made no further complaint, and the enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act.
