Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed a rotating surveillance camera directed towards the complainant's room, intruding into privacy. A Police site visit was conducted and the Police confirmed that the camera was not rotating and did not capture images of the complainant's premises. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
