Summary

The complainant alleged that the respondent installed CCTV cameras without notification, placed them on other owners' property without signage, and directed them towards neighbouring properties rather than the respondent's own house. Following a Police site visit, corrective measures were confirmed to have been taken and the cameras were no longer capturing images outside the respondent's premises.
