The facts

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed CCTV cameras overlooking his property and intruding on his privacy. A Police site visit found the respondents' cameras were focusing on the complainant's premises; both respondents then repositioned their cameras, which no longer capture images of the complainant.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the Data Protection Act 2017.
