Summary

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had installed three CCTV cameras directly capturing the complainant’s bedroom, balcony, private garden, and living room, as well as a common access road, preventing the complainant from opening windows and doors for privacy. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the respondent had already re-oriented the cameras so they no longer captured images towards the complainant’s premises. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
