Summary

The complainant, writing in Mauritian Creole, alleged that a neighbour had installed a rotating CCTV camera that tracked the complainant’s movements and captured the complainant’s kitchen, causing distress to the complainant and family. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the camera was no longer facing the complainant’s premises, with the matter settled and the complainant not wishing to proceed. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
