The facts

Complaining in Kreol Morisien, the complainant alleged that her neighbour's rotating camera turned to follow her and her family at the entrance and looked onto her kitchen, leaving her without privacy and traumatising her household. The Police later found the camera no longer facing her premises; the matter had been settled and the complainant did not wish to pursue the complaint.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties. The published summary carries no monetary order.
