Summary

The complainant reported that a neighbour had installed a rotating CCTV camera capturing images of the complainant's bedroom, balcony and house. The Data Protection Office referred the matter to the Police for a site visit. The Police confirmed that the respondent had already repositioned the rotating camera to capture images only within their own premises. The enquiry was closed under section 6 of the Data Protection Act.
