The facts

The complainant alleged that his neighbour's rotating CCTV camera was capturing images of his bedroom, balcony and house. The Police reported that the respondent had already repositioned the camera to capture images only within his own premises.

Orders and outcome

The Data Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties.
