The facts

The complainant alleged that his neighbour had installed a camera facing his premises which he believed was recording his private activities without consent, causing his family significant distress. The police site visit found the camera captured the respondent's own entrance, stairs and porch, and that signage was displayed in front of the respondent's house.

Orders and outcome
