The facts

The complainant alleged that a neighbour had placed two fixed CCTV cameras to monitor the complainant's personal movements and family. A Police site visit found the two cameras fixed in front of the respondent's house facing a common road, at no moment pointing towards the complainant's premises.

Orders and outcome

The Data Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties.
