Summary

The complainant alleged that her neighbour had placed two fixed CCTV cameras to monitor all her personal movement and that of her family. The Police conducted a site visit and found that two CCTV cameras were fixed in front of the respondent's house facing towards a common road and were not at any moment pointing towards the complainant's premises. The Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the DPA 2017.
