The facts
The complainant alleged the respondent's CCTV cameras recorded audio and captured images of his private activities without permission. A police site visit found the cameras captured images only inside the respondent's premises, at no moment pointing towards the complainant's premises, and no audio was recorded or heard.
Orders and outcome
The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the closure provision of the Data Protection Act.
