The facts
The complainant alleged the respondent installed a camera pointing towards his street that monitored activity within his home. A police site visit found the camera was pointed towards a common road and captured no footage of the complainant's premises.
Orders and outcome
The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the closure provision of the Data Protection Act.
