The facts
The complainant alleged his brother installed a CCTV camera in the family courtyard and entrance, which he, his wife and his son felt invaded their privacy. The police found no infringement of privacy.
Orders and outcome
The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the closure provision of the Data Protection Act.
