The complainant alleged that Mulla Pride Limited, through its agents, consistently and persistently harassed him over a loan obligation that is not attributable to him, contacting him about a loan he did not apply for. The ODPC found the respondent violated his right to be informed and did not fulfil its obligations under the Act.
