Six consolidated complaints against the digital lender Mulla Pride Ltd. The complainants' phones were repeatedly bombarded with calls and text messages, directly or through the respondent's agents, demanding that they contact unknown parties about loans those parties had taken and defaulted on. The sixth complainant, who remained anonymous, said the respondent called her and disclosed personal information about her employees who were its loanees. The ODPC found the respondent liable and considered an enforcement notice the best-suited remedy.
