The facts

Following an inspection under its Financial Intelligence Centre Act supervisory programme, the FSCA found Thembnkululeko Construction (Pty) Ltd, a licensed financial services provider and accountable institution, in breach of the FIC Act's Risk Management and Compliance Programme requirements, without an effective compliance function, and in default of a 2024 Directive to Provide Information that all supervised accountable institutions were required to complete.
