Senegal's CDP had enjoined BUROTIC DIFFUSION to uninstall CCTV cameras positioned in its offices; a control mission of 19 April 2018 found the injunction had not been respected. After hearing the company's logistics manager at the plenary session of 7 September 2018, the CDP ordered a verification control by decision N°2018-0018C/CDP of 26 October 2018. The 4 December 2018 verification found four cameras still filming employees permanently at their workstations and two others deactivated but not removed, and the plenary session referred the file to the CDP's sanction committee, which had not yet ruled as of the Q4-2018 Avis. No later ruling appears in the subsequent quarterly Avis.
