An earlier CDP control at Burotic Diffusion in April 2018 had found the company had not complied with the Commission's injunction to uninstall video surveillance cameras positioned inside offices. By decision of 26 October 2018 the plenary ordered a verification mission, which took place on 4 December 2018 and found four cameras still filming employees permanently at their workstations, while two others had been deactivated but not removed.
Orders and outcome
After the verification report was presented, the deliberating organ transmitted the file to the CDP's sanction committee for decision. At the date of the quarterly notice the committee had not yet ruled on the breaches found. Dated 26 October 2018.
