The facts

The complainant, writing in Mauritian Creole, alleged that his brother had installed cameras on their shared plot to watch him, after having himself objected to the complainant's own security camera. A Police site visit found the respondent's cameras were not capturing images inside the complainant's premises and recorded no audio.
