Summary
The complainant alleged that a neighbour living opposite had placed a CCTV camera facing directly at the complainant's entire gate entry, yard, house, and rooftop, causing a sense of invasion of privacy. A Police site visit found that the cameras were not capturing images towards the complainant's premises. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the Data Protection Act 2017.
