The facts
The complainant alleged that the CCTV camera of the neighbour living opposite faced her gate, yard, house and rooftop rather than his own property. A police site visit found the cameras were not capturing images towards the complainant's premises.
Orders and outcome
The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the closure provision of the Data Protection Act.
