The facts

The complainant alleged her sister-in-law had installed a camera she believed was capturing images inside her premises. The Police site visit found the respondent's cameras captured footage only within the respondent's own yard.

Orders and outcome

The Data Protection Commissioner closed the enquiry to the satisfaction of all parties under the enquiry provisions of the Data Protection Act 2017.
