Summary
The complainant stated that a sister-in-law had installed a camera that was suspected of capturing images inside the complainant's premises. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the cameras were capturing footage only within the respondent's yard and no images of the complainant's premises were being captured. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties under section 6 of the Data Protection Act 2017.
