Summary

The complainant alleged that his neighbours had installed surveillance cameras on his property, monitoring his movements and those of his family, recording personal conversations, and even attacking him when exiting his premises. The Police inspected the cameras and instructed the respondents to reposition them to capture images only within the confines of their property. A follow-up site visit confirmed that the respondents had complied and the cameras were no longer capturing images of the complainant's premises, after which the Commissioner closed the enquiry.
