Summary

The complainant alleged that a camera had been installed at the entrance of the respondent’s kitchen facing the corridor to the complainant’s private room, toilet, and bathroom, capturing actions and conversations without consent and posing a risk to young children. The Police conducted a site visit and found that the camera was installed inside the respondent’s own premises for personal security and health monitoring purposes. The enquiry was closed to the satisfaction of all parties.
