The facts

The complainant, living on the ground floor, alleged his brother on the first floor had installed a CCTV camera facing his bathroom and recording his family's conversations. The Police reported the camera was not capturing images inside the complainant's premises.

Orders and outcome

The Commissioner found the enquiry disclosed no offence under the DPA and closed it to the satisfaction of all parties.
