Summary

The complainant alleged that a brother residing on the first floor of the same house had installed a CCTV camera facing the complainant's bathroom on the ground floor, and was recording family conversations. A Police site visit was conducted and the Police confirmed the camera was not capturing images inside the complainant's premises. The enquiry was closed as no offence was disclosed.
