Summary
The complainant sought retrieval of his employment contract from Respondent No.1 and his personal data from Respondent No.2. Investigation revealed that Respondent No.1 had submitted a training application containing the complainant's name and ID to Respondent No.2, but no application for grant refund was found. The Commissioner found no evidence to suggest a breach of the Data Protection Act may have occurred and closed the enquiry.
