The facts
The complainant alleged that his image was being used by Nurmay Missions Foundation for commercial purposes without a lawful basis. The ODPC found the respondent liable.
Orders and outcome
The respondent was ordered to delete or pull down the complainant's personal data from all its websites and provide proof to the Office within fourteen days of the determination, failing which an enforcement notice would issue. No compensation was ordered. Dated 26 January 2026.
