The facts

The complainant received numerous incessant calls and text messages from Bestcash, trading as Zuri Cash, demanding payment from her as a loan guarantor although she had never guaranteed any loan with the respondent. The ODPC found the respondent did not inform her before obtaining her personal data and processed it unlawfully.
