The complainant alleged that Zagreus Limited, trading as the 4 Coins app, sent her unsolicited direct marketing messages without her consent. The respondent did not respond to the ODPC's Notification of Complaint and did not attend the scheduled site visit. The Office found that the respondent processed the complainant's personal data for marketing purposes without consent or lawful justification.
