The facts

The complainant alleged that the respondent unlawfully collected, processed and published his personal data, including his curriculum vitae and a recommendation letter, on Facebook and TikTok without his consent, accompanied by defamatory remarks. The ODPC found there was unauthorised disclosure of his personal data.
