The complainant provided screenshots and printouts of messages received from Zamaradi Capital Money and Credit Group Ltd, trading as Haki, or its agents. After receiving the notification of the complaint the respondent reached out to her and the matter was summarily resolved to her satisfaction. The respondent nevertheless failed to avail the required personnel for the Office's scheduled site visit, which the Office described as non-cooperation and obstruction, but because the complaint was resolved amicably no recommendation for prosecution ensued.
