The complainant alleged that in late July 2024 Platinum Credit Limited used his personal data for marketing without consent and shared it with third parties without notifying him. The ODPC found the respondent violated his right to object, failed to notify him of the third parties his data was shared with, and processed his personal data without a lawful basis.
