The facts

The complainant alleged Grola Tech Limited, trading as Lion Cash, contacted him about a loan he was not party to and had not consented to guarantee. The ODPC found the respondent did not obtain his consent before processing his personal data and violated his right to be informed of the use to which his data would be put.
