The facts

The complainant, whose services with the respondent had ended, alleged that his profile on KRA's ICMS licensing system remained exposed to the third party who replaced him, and that requests to pull down his profile and substitute his replacement's were disregarded. The ODPC found the change had already been effected by the time he exercised his right, so no violation occurred.

Orders and outcome

The complaint was dismissed for lack of merit. Dated January 2024.

DISMISSED · GENERAL · RIGHT-TO-ERASURE · UNLAWFUL-PROCESSING
