The facts

The complainant alleged she received endless calls from Creditwatch Investment Limited's agents about a loan she had no knowledge of, asking her to contact a borrower she did not know. The Office found she had been listed as an emergency contact without her express consent and her rights to be informed and to object were infringed. It noted the respondent is a repeat offender that has not adhered to measures directed in previous enforcement notices.
