The complainant had consulted for Zoscales Partners as an operating consultant. After her work ended, the respondent continued to use a video featuring her to advertise its services and raise funds, and she asked for it to be pulled down since clients should no longer see her as an operating partner. The ODPC found the respondent had demonstrated its legal basis, the agreement between the parties, and that it had deleted the video from its website.

The complaint was dismissed for lack of merit, the Office finding the respondent had fulfilled its obligations and the complainant was not entitled to remedies. Dated 16 November 2023.
