The complainant was continuously contacted by Zamaradi Capital and Credit Group Limited, trading as Juu Cash, to repay a loan taken by a third party, although she was never the third party's guarantor. The respondent adduced no evidence in response to the complaint, and the ODPC found it liable for unlawfully processing her personal data.
