Following a control, the Autorite de Protection found that CRYPTONEO had not completed the conformity process the data protection law requires of controllers, including the technical and organisational measures prescribed by the authority's conformity procedure, and that breaches observed during the control persisted.

The Autorite de Protection issued a warning for non-compliance with the data protection law, a formal notice to cease the observed breaches within thirty days of notification of the decision, and a formal notice to bring itself into conformity with the law.
