The Autorité issued Cabinet CIFIP, a firm specialising in training and personal-data services, a warning with formal notice (avertissement et mise en demeure) dated 17 November 2022, among its first published sanctions. Following an on-site inspection carried out under its 2022 control programme, the Authority found CIFIP had failed to bring its processing (and that of its sub-processors) into conformity with the 2013 data-protection law and had processed personal data without the required authorisation (arts. 7, 53 Loi 2013-450). It warns the firm and puts it on formal notice to comply.
